Returns & Exchanges
It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact. If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply. All sales are final.
All items that may be authorised to be returned to ultimatesneakerstore.be can be done so with proof of purchase within 7 days if from within Belgium or the E.U. (21 days on orders arisen internationally, outside the E.U.). Ultimatesneakerstore.be does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at ultimatesneakerstore.be to notify us of the nature of the query. Ultimatesneakerstore.be will not accept any parcels or packages delivered to us, from you, without written communication and agreement prior.
All goods have been quality checked prior to shipping. Ultimatesneakerstore.be will only exchange or refund goods or funds only if there is proof that the damage and/or defect occured whilst the goods were in transit.
If there is reason to believe that you have a right of exchange, and ultimatesneakerstore.be is in agreement with the claim, we will send you another product that is considered of comparable quality and value to the one ordered originally. In cases we do not carry such goods, that are deemed comparable, will we consider a refund to be given. Please note, ultimatesneakerstore.be will only refund the price as listed in the original transaction for the item in question, and not the shipping and/or handling fee and/or custom or tax duties involved in the transaction. The customer is responsible for the payment of the packaging and shipping fee for returning the goods, as well as for the shipment of the replacement goods. Any differences will either be refunded or invoiced to you via the method of payment initially selected in the original transaction. Ultimatesneakerstore.be cannot take any action to process or fulfil any re-shipment until all invoices have been paid in full.
Ultimatesneakerstore.be will accept returns other than for faulty goods only if the buyer has contacted ultimatesneakerstore.be about the return in advance with a description of the reason for the return (eg. wrong size). Return shipments to ultimatesneakerstore.be which have not been cleared by ultimatesneakerstore.be in advance will not be accepted. If a return is accepted for a reason other than damage/defect, ultimatesneakerstore.be will refund the item price of the goods returned.
Ultimatesneakerstore.be will consider refunds or exchanges on purchases made on any ‘Free Shipping’ promotion, however, the cost of packaging and shipping in the initial transaction will be deducted from the refund. Refunds do not include any custom or tax duties involved in the transaction. Exchanges under the ‘Free Shipping’ promotion will follow the terms and conditions as outlined above.
There is a strict no-returns policy on all discounted and on-sale items.

- The product is clean, unused and in it’s original package.
- The package must be shipped so the box and contents can’t be damaged.
- Items bought in Sale can’t be returned
